The Beacon Real Estate story...

As many Silicon Valley startups go, Beacon Real Estate came to fruition as an idea, an inspiration and a vision of how a boutique real estate firm could better serve its clients through technology and a high level of personal service. 

Marc Magliocco started at a large National real estate firm back in the late 1980’s in Los Gatos California. Earning many local and National awards such as the top 5% of Realtors in Santa Clara County, Number 1 agent for production in a large real estate firm 2 years in a row and a member of the Wall Street Journal’s Top 100 agents Nationally in 2010.

Marc had always thought of doing “something unique” in his field, looking for ways to improve on how a real estate firm interacted with clients and kept up with the fast pace of changing technology. With 32+ years of experience Beacon Real Estate was born.

Living and working in the heart of Silicon Valley, Marc knew what he wanted to incorporate when starting his own firm.  “Being in the hub of technology, I wanted to take advantage of all the great inspiration and energy that surrounds me every day.  From the look of my company to the way I interface with my clientele, I envisioned Beacon as being the pure essence of what it means to be a Silicon Valley brokerage”.

Coming from one of the largest real estate brokerages in the valley, Marc wanted to move away from the large shop concept and keep his firm more personable.  Being a smaller boutique style firm allows Beacon the ability to offer customer service and attention to detail beyond compare.  Beacon has contracted with some of the best local talent in order to distinguish itself from the competition.
